Education professionals learn how to foster harmonic relationships utilizing techniques that develop sensitivity to and respect for people whose race and ethnicity are different. The materials shared in this workshop offer bridge-building skills to support and value diversity effectively within groups and to enable students and educational staff from different backgrounds and perspectives to work in harmony.

Succeeding With Challenging Students

In this workshop, participants will understand the reasons for challenging behaviors, as well as strategies for dealing with challenging students. Participants will have the opportunity to learn collaboratively with colleagues. Finally, participants can apply what they learn at this workshop
